A refreshing alcohol-free sangria with peach, mixed berries, citrus and sparkling water for hot days.
# Ingredient List:
→ Fruit
01 - 1 ripe peach, pitted and thinly sliced
02 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
05 - 1 small orange, thinly sliced
→ Mocktail Base
06 - 2 cups 100% white grape juice (unsweetened)
07 - 1 cup orange juice
08 - 1 cup sparkling water, chilled
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
→ To Serve
10 - Ice cubes, as needed
11 - Fresh mint sprigs, optional for garnish
# How to Prepare:
01 - Pit and thinly slice the peach; hull and halve the strawberries; thinly slice the orange. Place all prepared fruit and the raspberries and blueberries into a large pitcher.
02 - Pour the white grape juice, orange juice and fresh lemon juice over the fruit in the pitcher. Stir gently to combine so the fruit is evenly distributed.
03 - Allow the mixture to rest for 5 to 10 minutes at room temperature so the fruit begins to release its flavor into the juices. For a deeper flavor, refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
04 - Just before serving, add the chilled sparkling water to the pitcher and stir very gently to preserve effervescence.
05 - Fill serving glasses with ice, spoon some fruit into each glass, then pour the mocktail over the ice. Garnish with mint sprigs if desired and serve immediately.
